Terms of Use

Last updated:

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Naturalyrrenew website and the workplace ergonomics consultation services described on it. By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About us

Naturalyrrenew is an independent workplace ergonomics consulting studio based at 183 Arthur’s Seat Rd, Red Hill VIC 3937, Australia. References to “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the studio operating under that name.

2. Nature of our advice

Our consultations and written materials provide general workspace and setup recommendations. They are not a substitute for personalised advice from a qualified health professional and should not be interpreted as such. You are responsible for assessing whether any recommendation is suitable for your individual circumstances before acting upon it.

3. Use of the website

  • You may view, browse and print pages from the website for your own personal or internal business use.
  • You may not modify, redistribute, republish or commercially exploit material from the site without our prior written consent.
  • You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, introducing malicious code, or gaining unauthorised access to any associated systems.

4. Intellectual property

All text, layouts, images and other content on the website are owned by Naturalyrrenew or used with appropriate permission. Trademarks, logos and brand elements may not be used without our written consent. Materials provided to paying clients (such as workspace reports) remain subject to the licence terms set out in your engagement letter.

5. Bookings and engagements

The terms of any specific consultation engagement are set out in the proposal or engagement letter we provide to you in writing. In the event of a conflict between those documents and these Terms of Use, the engagement-specific documents prevail in relation to that engagement.

6. Pricing

Prices shown on the website are indicative and quoted in Australian dollars, including GST where applicable. Final pricing for a specific engagement is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refund eligibility are addressed in our Return Policy. Please review that document before booking a consultation.

The website may include links to third-party websites and embedded content from third parties, such as map services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, the website and any general information on it are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our liability in connection with any specific engagement is limited as set out in the corresponding engagement letter.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
